International Conference on Access to Justice for All and Responding to Developments

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development will host the International Conference on Access to Justice for All and Responding to Developments from 11 to 13 November 2026 at the Sun City Convention Centre in the North West Province.

Held under the theme "Strengthening People-Centred Justice Systems: Deepening Democracy", the conference will bring together Heads of State, Ministers of Justice, local and international judicial representatives, legal practitioners, civil society and international partners.

The conference will provide a platform for dialogue and knowledge sharing on strengthening access to justice, promoting responsive justice systems and advancing people-centred approaches to justice delivery.

The conference also forms part of South Africa's commemoration of 30 years of the Constitution.
